What days are we open? And is it possible to ride any other day?

We are normally open with shuttles from Friday to Sunday all year long excepting August. If you want to come any other day, it is usually possible to come and ride pedaling always asking within our customer service hours (Wednesday to Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00) from 1 to 3 days in advance so that the staff can confirm if it is possible or not (if no confirmation is received the bike park will be closed). If you want to come with lifts during the week on days when the bike park is closed, it can be done by filling a full car, 8 people, or paying the full price of the car. For example, if you are a group of 5 people you would pay the ticket price of the entrance of 5 but the shuttles of 8. For this it is not possible to book through the website, it must be done in advance via email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone call (within the above customer service hours).

The staff usually rests Monday and Tuesday, so these days it would be more difficult to make this kind of reservations.

 

Is it possible to book by any other way than through the website?

No. All reservations for our normal opening calendar must be made through the website.

 

If I only want shuttles, is it also necessary to make a reservation and pay the entrance fee?

Yes, it is necessary. The entrance fee includes the use of the trails, and the shuttles fee include drivers' salaries, fuel and car maintenance.

 

Is it possible to ride in the bike park without shuttles?

Yes, it is possible to come to ride and pedal paying the entrance fee without adding shuttles. We have both downhill and uphill trails. And if you want to do fast laps, you can go up the roads of the cars where it is allowed (always respecting and giving priority to cars).

 

Do you offer courses?

We do not offer courses. For this we have external instructors, who offer both group and personalized classes, with whom you can contact through the following phone numbers:

In addition, www.planetmtb.es usually offers several courses on different dates throughout the year.

 

Do you have a guide service?

Yes, this service is only a service to show our facilities and/or give the correct speed for the different types of tracks we have. In no case will courses or technical advice be given. For these technical advices, please contact the instructors mentioned in the previous question.

What coverage does the insurance provide?

DEATH DUE TO ACCIDENT (2) 3.000,00 €.

ABSOLUTE AND PARTIAL PERMANENT DISABILITY DUE TO ACCIDENT 6.000,00 €

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, RESCUE AND TRANSFER DUE TO ACCIDENT (3) 6.000,00 €

First emergency expenses 6.000,00 €

Non-urgent expenses 1.000,00 €

Rehabilitation (sub-limit) 20 sessions

Dental expenses (sub-limit) 300,00 €

In the event of the death of insured persons under 14 years of age, the accidental death benefit will be a maximum of 3,000.00€ and shall be considered as funeral expenses.

(2) The combined amount of first emergency expenses and non-urgent expenses shall in no case exceed

6,000.00 euros.

(3) Maximum limit per claim: €600,000. This represents the maximum that Mútua Terrassa undertakes to pay, for the sum of all indemnities, interest and expenses corresponding to a claim covered by the policy, regardless of the number of risks affected and the number of victims or injured parties.

The event or series of damaging events due to the same original cause with the same original cause shall be deemed to constitute one and only one loss, due to one and the same original cause, regardless of the number of claimants or claims made and the number of persons whose liability is involved.

 

Frequently asked questions about accommodation

How can I book the rooms at the castle?

We reserve the right of admission to the rooms in the castle. It is not always possible to book rooms in the main building, only when the cabins are full and if we consider it appropriate that week in question. To book it has to be done by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone call within the customer service hours (Wednesday to Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00) once you have already made the reservation of bike park with the entrance, shuttles or other services you need.

 

How are the rooms in the cabins?

We have at your disposal two quadruple cabins and one sextuple cabin. The quadruple cabins have two single beds and another two in bunk beds. The sextuple has two single beds and another four in bunk beds.

All cabins have their own bathroom with toilet and hot water shower.

They also have a small table with chairs.

They do not have a kitchen and/or refrigerator.

 

Are the cabins shared?

No, once you reserve a cabin, it is not shared with other groups. For example, if there are 3 of you, we will not add a 4th person to complete the cabin.

 

Do you do breakfast and dinner? Where can I cook?

We do breakfasts under previous reservation by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone call during our customer service hours (Wednesday to Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00).

Dinners are not available at the moment except for occasional exceptions.

For cooking we have a gas BBQ or another place enabled for it if you bring your own camping gas.

In addition, you can make use of the sinks next to the cabins where you can clean your cooking equipment.
